Design journal

Well, my design project is drawing to a close. I completed the final training last week, and now I need to convert the live training into an on-line module. Whereas the first four modules were me teaching pedagogical theory and then having the trainees apply it, the fifth and final module was different. In this module, I was training the trainers on particular reporting procedures that I require from them. I did review at the start of the training about the reasons for assessment, the major types of assessment, and how assessment can be used to drive program improvement, but the training for the most part was on the various training reports I need, the forms where to input training metrics, and the intervals that I need reports from them. Overall, it was a pretty dry and straightforward training. The only technology that I used during it was GoToMeeting so that I could show my screen and the necessary forms they need to complete as well as record my voice and my screen. Pretty simple...
